LeMakoo Girls‏

Hello again

I’m proud to present LeMakoo’s latest Girl paintings.

These are all large watercolours, 76x57cm. They also contain Inks and acrylic paints, referred to in the trade as mixed media.
I use all three because I paint in layers and I have found that this works well. I start in pencil, then watercolour, then Inks and finally acrylics.

I hope you like them, The first one ‘Sophie’ is available for purchase right now.

These are part of an exhibition I’m working on in conjunction with the Australian Embassy and the Phoenicia Hotel.
This exhibition is to be called ‘Malta, an Australian perspective’ and will be inaugurated on the 20th of May 2011. (There will be more news on this later, plus an invite for you)
